Hello Everyone,
We’re excited to announce "Challengers Championship", the first planned ScreamingLAB's masters tournament.
By registering for this tournament you are agreeing to our rule set and punishments within it.
Gamemode and Format
8 teams will be accepted into a double elimination bracket that occurs on October 31th and November 1st. Matches in the invitational will be all Bo3 gamemodes consisting of the classic maps from each gamemode that have already been playing through the hosts. Team leaders will be veoting and picking maps for both Bo3 and Bo1
The event will have 2 gamemodes, in specific, that is: King of the Hill (KOTH) and King of the Flag (KoTF). Each gamemode has 5 maps to be picked and banned. Each gamemode should max out at 15 minutes of gameplay. In a tie, a tie breaker match will be played after the third gamemode to decide the winer of the tied gamemode.
When signing up you need to be prepared to play any of the following dates:
- October 31th -(Regular fase - Sector 1)
- November 1st - (Regular fase - Sector 2)
Team Information
We will accept 8 teams into this tournament. As well, individual teams may not have less than 5 players or more than 8 players registered for the event. Teams will NOT be accepted at a first come / first serve basis.
Teams will need at least 4 members to play per match with the max of 5.
Team Selection Process
We will not be selecting teams, first come, first serve. We have decided that the 8 teams that will be selected by our events staff, based on the SPR Points the team members have. This is to guarantee that longstanding members and/or more experienced teams are able to play. The selection will ultimately be at the discretion of the Event Managers.
Any complaints will be ignored as this policy is final.
Don't worry about signing up first, we're hand picking the teams based on the above selection process
Team leaders will have to work with their team members to decide who will participate in the tournament. When registration opens, team leaders will have to submit their rosters and individual team members will have to confirm their participation. If you do not confirm your participation, it is assumed that you will not show up.
If you have issues with players that will be away during the confirmation period, please contact the Administration through a Discord ticket.
